The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) provides quarterly stipends of Rs. 14,500 to millions of families across Pakistan. The 8171 Web Portal 2026 lets beneficiaries check eligibility, payment status and survey updates instantly from home — saving travel, reducing queues at offices, and making the process transparent.
What your result means
- Balance Available — your payment is ready to withdraw.
- In Process — your installment is under release; check again in a few days.
- New Survey Required — update your NSER record at the nearest BISP office.
Why you may see “Not Eligible”
Three causes explain most cases.
- Old NSER data: a survey older than 3 years must be refreshed at a BISP office.
- Expired CNIC: renew it at NADRA to unblock payments.
- Poverty score change: if household income rises above the threshold (PMT score above 32), the stipend stops.

The current installment is Rs. 14,500, paid quarterly — not monthly. Festival top-ups (Eid / Ramzan) may be added in some rounds, and distribution follows a phased rollout by district to avoid system overload. Keep your CNIC valid, complete the NSER survey every 3 years, use only the official portal or SMS service, and keep your registered SIM active to avoid delays.
